WARRANTY


Car Things LTD will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 6 months of receipt of items & We now offer an exclusive 24-Month pre-preg/dry carbon fibre warranty with all new pre-preg/dry carbon fibre product purchases after 15/11/2023.

 

Warranty Conditions (6-Month) 

Please make sure that ALL of the following conditions are met:
  • The product(s) have been fitted correctly to your vehicle, by a CT fitting partner.
  • The claimed fault is a manufacturer defect, rather than damage caused by ill-fitting.
  • The defect hasn’t been caused as a result of previous damage (stone chips, scrapes, accidents etc).
  • The product in question is a genuine CT Carbon or CT BLAK item.

Warranty Conditions (24-Month) 

Please make sure that ALL of the following conditions are met:
  • The product(s) have been fitted correctly to your vehicle, by a CT fitting partner or at CT Carbon HQ
  • The claimed fault is a manufacturer defect, rather than damage caused by ill-fitting. 
  • The defect hasn’t been caused as a result of previous damage (stone chips, scrapes, accidents etc).
  • The product in question is a genuine CT Carbon item. 
If your pre-preg carbon fibre product was not fitted by a fitting partner or at CT HQ then we unfortunately cannot approve warranty claims.

 

Warranty Returns

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Car Things LTD to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
